Searching for orders (& more) within your workspace

How to search for orders and other details

April 14, 2024

There are 3 ways that you can search for an order on the PDQ platform.

1. General Search

• Located in the top left corner, this search feature allows you to find orders by entering their number. Once you input the order number, you can either open it directly or click on Jump to navigate to its current location.

2. Search on each screen

• You can search for orders on any PDQ screen (Verify, Assign and Track) by using the Search bar on the right side. Just type the order number, name, phone number or user.

• To find an order on the Fulfill screen, click on " Scan Order" and enter the order number. Remember, the order won’t be automatically scanned by doing this.

3. Search within specific column

• On the Verify, Assign, and Track screens, you can directly search for orders by typing the order number into the " Order no." field within the respective columns.

And that's it! Happy searching!
