When a customer orders from you over 3 times they're considered a "loyal customer"

Loyal customers are marked by a star icon after their third order with your store.

In your Settings, you can define how many previous orders by a customer qualifies them as a loyal customer.

You can use these badges to help you create special rules for loyal customers, such as free or reduced shipping after a certain number of orders.
